The 2026 30-day matching grant challenge has ended. We raised $60,925 and exceeded our $50,000 goal!

In 2025, the Patterson Family Foundation matched the first $50,000 raised. The Parman Family Foundation also generously matched the next $50,000 raised, in memory of Vance and Avis Parman, doubling the fundraising total to $200,000. 

This is a large phased project, and it is never too late or too little to contribute. Donations will continue to be collected by the Albany Legacy Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri. Funds raised will go toward interior demolition and restoration work.
